BLD Automatic Polishing Machine Line For Marble or Granite
infomation: It adopts Italy advancing design and automatic controlling system combining with the domestic foreign market demand. It is a new integration model of high-efficiency,low cost、easy and durable.
It uses standard casting iron and steel, brand-name electronic appliances, bearings and other components from Germany, Japan and Taiwan. It adopts PLC teminal control system, The operators can set the parameter freely by the programmable controller with LCD screen. It equips with fault indicating system and alarming system abrasive consumption. The machines fit for continuous-grinding& polishing granite slabs. The convoying belt and the cross beam adopt frequency conversions for speed adjusting. Its processing width and working pressure of grinding heads can be adjusted freely(it can use resin polishing head and triangle resin abrasive material).The machine can identify the shape of plates automatically, each disc (grinder) can rise and descend automatically by the identified shape while recording the output of grinding plate. The main spindles of machine adopt the structure of sleeve-sliding. The whole machine is manufactured according the standardized process and its performance is up to the domestic top level. For the whole set, it includes one set of loading table, one set of unloading table, one set of automatic input conveyor, two sets of output normal conveyor, one piece of dryer, one piece of gasholder, one set of air compressor, and some wearing parts as a standard supply. |
